Robert Booker grew up in Ohio and attended school at University of Notre Dame where he briefly studied medicine before switching majors to Political Science and Government. After moving to California, he earned his law degree from Pepperdine University in 2001.
For over twelve years, Robert worked as an insurance defense litigation attorney, where he successfully litigated complex cases from inception to trial and verdict. While working here, Robert gained rare experience in both human anatomy and the process of filing and denying claims. Robert has represented clients in all types of complex litigation, including personal injury, catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, business, contracts, consumer, civil rights, security, HOA disputes, construction defect, federal cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, and wrongful death.
Robert joined Century Park Law Group in April 2015 as a partner and has successfully recovered over $18,600,000 in settlements for different clients. Aside from his extensive litigation experience, Robert has also conducted seminars in California on the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. Robert is admitted to all state courts in California and is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
As head of the litigation department at Century Park Law Group, Robert stands by his motto: “Do whatever it takes.” Whether that means staying late, or working on weekends and holidays, Robert makes it a priority to help get justice for their claims.
Aside from practicing law, Robert enjoys playing and watching sports. He is a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and Boston Celtics.
