Mr. Robert L. Booker II grew up in Ohio and attended school at the University of Notre Dame where he briefly studied medicine before switching his major to Government. After moving to California, he earned his law degree from Pepperdine University in 2001.
For over twelve years, Mr. Booker worked as an insurance defense litigation attorney, where he successfully litigated complex cases from inception to trial and verdict. While working here, Mr. Booker gained rare experience in both human anatomy and the process of filing and denying claims. Mr. Booker has represented clients in all types of complex litigation, including personal injury, catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, business, contracts, consumer, civil rights, security, HOA disputes, construction defect, federal cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, and wrongful death.
Mr. Booker joined Century Park Law Group in April 2015 as a partner where he now supervises the Pre-Litigation Demands/Negotiations department and the entire Litigation department. Mr. Booker has successfully recovered over $25,400,000 in settlements for different clients. Aside from his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Booker has also conducted seminars in California on the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. Mr. Booker is admitted to all state courts in California and is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
As head of the Pre-Litigation Demands/Negotiations and Litigation departments at Century Park Law Group, Mr. Booker stands by his motto: “Do whatever it takes.” Whether that means staying late, or working on weekends and holidays, Mr. Booker makes it a priority to help get justice for their claims.
Aside from practicing law, Mr. Booker enjoys playing and watching sports. He is a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and the Boston Celtics.
